We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have problems getting our template to work, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to use the template properly or get the template to perform its functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
Issues caused by Adobe After Effects, 3rd party plugins or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
The template rendering time may vary depending on your computer performance. A long rendering time will not provide grounds for a refund.
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
